Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using qrcraftpro.in ("the Service") operated by GR Technology Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

QRCraft Pro provides an online platform for generating, managing, and tracking QR codes. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Generate QR codes linking to malware, phishing pages, or prohibited content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our servers or infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@qrcraftpro.in.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

3. Free and Paid Plans

QRCraft Pro offers free static QR code generation with no signup required. Dynamic QR codes with scan tracking require a paid subscription (starting at ₹299/month). Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable Indian law.

Free accounts are limited to 3 saved QR codes. Premium accounts receive unlimited QR codes and advanced analytics.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via UPI. By submitting your UPI transaction reference (UTR), you confirm that the payment has been completed. Incorrect UTR submissions may result in service denial. We reserve the right to verify all transactions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on QRCraft Pro — including the website design, logo, code, and features — is owned by GR Technology Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

QR codes you generate using our platform are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes.

6. Affiliate Programme

Participants in our Affiliate Programme must comply with our Affiliate Terms. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel commissions for fraudulent referrals or violations of our terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. QR code scan analytics are provided for informational purposes and may not be 100% accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, GR Technology Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party tools (Google Analytics, Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Their use is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
